Who we are
This website is operated by Outlove Ltd (“Outlove”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15517186), with its registered office at 2a Shepherds Hey Road, Southampton, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact us at explore@outlove.uk.
Outlove is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through the contact form on this site:
- Your name
- Your company (optional)
- Your email address
- The message you send us
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use these details for one purpose only: to read and respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is our legitimate interests — namely responding to messages that you have deliberately sent us. We will not use your details for marketing without asking you first.
How your message is handled
Our website is hosted on, and the contact form is processed by, Netlify, which acts as our processor. When you submit the form, your details are stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us so we can reply. Netlify may process and store data on servers outside the UK; where that happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement / addendum). Your message is also handled by our email provider so that we can correspond with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact about it, unless our relationship continues or we are required to keep it longer for legal reasons. After that we delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. It is only accessible to the people at Outlove who need it to respond, and to the service providers named above who process it on our behalf.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email explore@outlove.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK’s supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first, though.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
